Daria graduated with honors from City, University of London in the United Kingdom. 2020 – John Lynch presented a legal update to the membership of the Southern Tier Chapter of ASBO New York covering paid leave for voting, the Juneteenth holiday, Superintendent hearing officer decisions and mandatory COVID-19 testing in “yellow zones.”
In a decision with potential statewide significance John Lynch successfully defended the Watkins Glen Central School District in a case brought by The New York State United teachers claiming the District’s re-opening plan violated executive orders when three of four teachers requesting remote teaching were denied. Each teacher was given another accommodation. The Court found in favor of the school district.
